Our Brinjahl Kasoundi is hand - made using fresh Lebanese
eggplant, fresh ginger and garlic, our special blend of spices, and
a touch of Birdseye chilli to evoke the flavours and aromas of
Northern India.
It is traditionally used as an accompaniment to your favourite
curry. However, just a spoonful can add spice and flavour to any
soup, stew or casserole. Create sandwiches with flair, zesty
vegetarian pizzas or spread on a BBQ steak for that something
